Who is KateSwim?

KateSwim is a custom swimwear company based out of Las Vegas, NV. We make custom swimwear from scratch! Every suit is made to your measurements and your body shape to bring out the best you there is!

Can KateSwim accomodate rush orders?

Absolutely need your order ASAP? We can do it! For an additional rush fee of $50 per item ordered, we can produce your order within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order with us. You can also select to have your order shipped overnight. To get your ordered rushed just type in the comment box (at check out) what items you would like rushed.

How long does it take to receive my swimsuit after I order?

The process of making a custom swimsuit can take between 3-4 weeks to complete. This is time calculated when we have possession of the suit. The time during fitting (and shipping times) is not included. So the quicker you send back the suit with your comments the quicker it is to the final shipment.

Once I make my order, how do I have fittings for the swimsuit?

To make sure you are completely happy with your swimwear we will send you your swimsuit at different stages of construction. Once you receive your suit for the first fitting please try it on and relay your thoughts, such as you would like your suit to be 1/2 inch higher in the front of the bottoms or you would like the top neck strap to be 3 inches shorter. (Please be aware your suit at the first fitting will be raw edges and completely unfinished).

Can I return an order if I do not like the fabric or the fabric color?

We don't refund or allow returns if you didn't like the fabric color. We do have free samples available. Please use our contact form and send us your mailing address and the color/ style you are interested in, and we will mail you a sample for your review.
